Paris Hilton expressed gratitude to both Republican senators for supporting the bipartisan Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act.

The bill, introduced in April, aims to enhance oversight of youth treatment programs to prevent child abuse.

“To the 10 republican senators co-sponsoring the #StopInstitutionalChildAbuseAct, thank you,” Hilton posted. (Trending: Biden Baffles Thanksgiving Guests With Bizarre Joke)

“I am beyond grateful for you this holiday season.”

Hilton, a vocal advocate for the bill, shared her own experience of being a victim of abuse as a teenager, emphasizing the importance of protecting children who lack support and a voice.

“Very late at night, this would be around like three or four in the morning, they would take myself and other girls into this room and they would perform medical exams,” Hilton recalled of her abuse.

“It wasn’t even with a doctor, it was a couple of different staff members, where they would have us lay on the table and put their fingers inside of us.”
