The relationship dynamics between former President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden are under scrutiny following observations of a lack of support from Obama for Biden’s presidency.
Despite recent efforts by Democrats to improve Biden’s image, Obama’s public appearances and events have shown minimal cheerleading for Biden, raising concerns among attendees.
The New York Post reported that “Several attendees said the tensions were evident,” in reference to Obama’s nonprofit event. (Trending: Biden Baffles Thanksgiving Guests With Bizarre Joke)

“The takeaway of the weekend was not, ‘Hey team, we’ve got to get the band back together to help Biden out,’” an attendee noted.
“If this is a supposedly existential threat and democracy is so challenged, then why aren’t you being more overt about it.”
This lack of overt support can be attributed to Biden’s struggling public sentiment and Obama’s focus on preserving his own legacy, as Biden’s presidency is perceived as toxic and lacking in accomplishments compared to Obama’s tenure.
The apparent lack of acknowledgment from Obama is seen by some as more concerning than any poll results for Biden.
