Rep. Jones asked, “How many more American lives will be destroyed by open border policies?”

He emphasized the devastating impact of open border policies and shared details about Maddie, describing her as a joyful and loving child.

The illegal alien, Gabriel Arteaga, had been previously deported but reentered the U.S. during the Biden administration.

Arteaga faces charges of driving without a license and reckless homicide, with the potential for up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
