A poll found that a majority of voters are struggling under high inflation under President Biden’s economic policies.
With prices 20% higher since Biden took office, over three-quarters said his plan negatively impacts them, and half described themselves as struggling.
Only 63% said the economy is worsening, up 18 points from when Biden took office.

Economic issues were the top concern for 42% of voters. Biden’s approval rating stands at 42%, below the historic 50% threshold for reelection.
As inflation soars and more see the economy deteriorating, voters are feeling the pain, with a large portion struggling financially – signaling challenges for Biden’s reelection chances as the economy remains the foremost issue.
