A former waitress at Donald Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, NJ, Alice Bianco, sued the club for sexual harassment and silencing her with an unfair NDA brokered by Alina Habba, a rising star in Trump’s inner circle.

Habba had befriended the waitress but then allegedly tricked her into signing an one-sided NDA to curry favor with Trump.

The waitress has now settled with the club, voiding the NDA and keeping her payout, but Habba was specifically excluded from the settlement, allowing the waitress to potentially sue Habba for fraud.

“My client is certainly considering suing her for fraud,” lawyer Nancy Erika Smith stated.

“We got everything we asked for. We asked to void the agreement, that she not pay back. I didn’t want her to pay me a dime. So we got that. And she still has the right to sue Alina Habba for fraud. And she has the right to sue the club for sexual harassment,” Smith said.

“You don’t want to go public with this, I’ve been raped, I can help you, I can protect you,” Habba allegedly told Bianco.

“Again I am so grateful for everything you’ve helped me with already,” Bianco wrote. “I feel so bad bothering you at the recital so you can deal with this tomorrow when you have the chance.”

“I can’t technically give u legal advice,” Habba said. “That’s the problem.”

Habba’s involvement in arranging the quick and unfair NDA deal that benefited Trump could expose her strange rise in his orbit and place her at risk of bar complaints, as she faces accusations of abusing her friendship and legal position for Trump’s gain at the waitress’s expense.

“Ms. Habba was merely ‘a member of the club,’” defense lawyer Jennifer L. Ward wrote.

“How did Habba know [the club] would pay $15,000 to [Bianco] if she was not acting on [the club’s] behalf? The fact that Habba delivered a check from [the club] in the amount she suggested is a clear manifestation of the authority given to her,” Smith later noted.

“She has her voice back, which is why she came to me. She was illegally silenced and now she can speak whenever she wants,” Smith said.
