An impeachment witness testified to the House Oversight Committee that there is no documentation of work done for a loan provided to James Biden before a large payment was made to his brother, President Joe Biden.

The witness, a representative of the bankrupt healthcare company Americore, stated that she was unable to determine James Biden’s role or find paperwork supporting the loans made to him.

The investigation also revealed a lack of documentation for consulting services and loans, as well as the absence of collateral or justification for the loan.

The committee discovered $600,000 in loans from Americore to James, with a specific $200,000 loan being transferred to James Biden’s account and then paid to his brother on the same day, despite the company’s financial struggles.
