Larry Kudlow discussed the Biden administration’s new border bill, arguing that President Biden should enforce existing laws rather than push for new legislation.

He highlighted Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act as a powerful tool for border control and criticizes Biden for not utilizing it.

Kudlow also criticized the proposed bill for potentially increasing illegal immigration and failing to address key issues such as language proficiency and knowledge of American history for migrants.

“Joe Biden doesn’t need a bill to fix the border. He just needs to enforce the law. That’s been my view and that remains my view,” Kudlow said.

He emphasized the broken state of the border and broader societal issues in the U.S., suggesting that Donald Trump is working to fix these problems.

“Only a fool or radical left Democrat would vote for this horrendous border bill which only gives shut down authority after 5,000 encounters a day, when we have already the right to CLOSE THE BORDER NOW, which must be done,” Trump wrote.
