Former President Trump criticized Bud Light for its partnership with a transgender influencer, leading to a sales decline.
Trump said, “And for that a very big price was paid, but Anheuser-Busch is not a Woke company, but I can give you plenty that are.”
Trump threatened to release a list of “woke” companies and praised Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Bud Light, for its contributions to America.
“Am building a list, and might just release it for the world to see,” teased the former president.
He continued, “Why not, the Radical Left does it viciously to well run, conservative companies — and people.”
“Very nasty, but it’s the way they play the game!” he exclaimed.
Despite efforts to regain customers, Bud Light’s sales have remained low.
Trump wrote, “Anheuser-Busch is a Great American Brand that perhaps deserves a Second Chance?”
“What do you think? Perhaps, instead, we should be going after those companies that are looking to DESTROY AMERICA!” posted the former president.
Trump’s focus on the beer company was criticized by Nikki Haley’s campaign, emphasizing the need to address broader issues facing Americans.
Haley’s spokesperson AnnMarie Graham said, “Sixty percent of families are living paycheck to paycheck, and Donald Trump is rambling about a beer company.”
“Nikki Haley is running to make America normal again,” she continued.
