Jill Biden discussed her approach to “fexting” (fighting by text) with President Joe Biden, explaining that during conflicts, she resorts to texting when Secret Service agents are present.
“So when you’re in the car and you’re texting and you’re fighting with your husband and there are two Secret Service agents in the car with you, you can’t say, ‘You’re a whatever.’ So you’re texting, ‘You’re a whatever!’ It’s fighting over text because you can’t verbalize it,” Jill said.
The method, adopted to maintain privacy during Biden’s vice presidency, was tested during a 2022 spat, prompting the president to caution her about the historical record. (Trending: Anthony Fauci Questioned About Evidence Behind COVID Restrictions)

“You realize that’s going to go down in history. There will be a record of that,” Jill recalled the President saying.
“I won’t tell you what I called him that time,” she said.
While “fexting” is acknowledged, it is not deemed an ideal way to resolve conflicts in a relationship, as it may lead to miscommunication.
