A Connecticut military veteran, Aubrey Rose, was arrested by the FBI for sending threatening messages to members of Congress and government employees.
He complained about the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs not properly investigating his PTSD-related complaints.
Rose sent emails with threatening content and attempted to enter a U.S. representative’s office with knives. (Trending: Pro Sport Announces Shock Decision On Transgender Athletes)

Despite mentioning the Second Amendment, he claimed to have no intention of harming anyone.
“If not the 2nd Amendment is in our Constitution for a reason. I will get this fixed,” Rose wrote.
“ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. I PICKED UP A RIFLE TO PROTECT THIS COUNTRY BEFORE. I WILL MAKE SURE I PICK IT UP FOR MYSELF.”
“Your continued non compliance will only solidify my decision and force me to act with the only decision that yourself and other govt agencies have left,” Rose wrote.
“To force you comply or be killed in the process.”
After facing state charges, which were later dropped, he entered treatment for mental health issues.
