A luxury Palm Beach real estate broker testified that Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was worth over $1 billion when he left the White House.

The broker’s testimony was part of Trump’s civil fraud trial, where the state alleges he and his company deceived banks and lenders.

The judge ruled that the property could only be valued as a social club due to land use restrictions, despite the broker’s estimations. (Trending: Biden Bank Records Reveal Another Massive Bombshell)

“I work very hard to sell rich people property in Palm Beach,” testified Mar-a-Lago member Lawrence Moens.

Adding, “I’m on the front lines every day of selling properties, and I have a pretty good handle on what’s happening in the market.”

“What’s unique? Well, I mean, if it’s waterfront, it’s [in] a different league,” testified Moens.

“That gives you something added because water is more valuable or limited and in more demand, say, than the plethora of non-waterfront properties,” he continued.

The trial is ongoing, with Trump expected to return to the witness stand before closing arguments in January.

The state’s office is seeking at least $300 million in damages.
