The Oakland Education Association, representing teachers in the Oakland Unified School District, held a pro-Palestinian “teach-in” with anti-Israel and antisemitic materials for children aged 4 to 18.
The materials presented a biased view of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, omitting key historical context and portraying Israel negatively.
The curriculum included books and materials promoting anti-Israel sentiments, with some materials being criticized for stoking antisemitism. (Trending: Democrat Accused Of Blocking Release of Jeffrey Epstein Flight Logs)

One particular coloring book reads,“A group of bullies called Zionists wanted our land so they stole it by force and hurt many people.”
Jewish groups stated that “the material does not mention the Oct. 7 Hamas attack, doesn’t explain that the state of Israel was born out of the Holocaust and defines a Zionist as a bloodthirsty land grabber who wants a state only for Jews.”
“To many Jews, the word Zionism simply means a love for Israel and a belief that Jews should have a safe homeland to live in.”
Despite objections, the association defended the teachers’ right to discuss current events, and the city council adopted a one-sided resolution on the conflict in Gaza, with activists displaying ignorance and conspiracy theories.
