A new lawsuit filed against Sean Combs, his associate Harve Pierre, and an unidentified man alleges that they gang-raped a 17-year-old girl in Combs’ recording studio in 2003.

The plaintiff claims she was trafficked, given drugs and alcohol, and then assaulted.

Combs has vehemently denied the allegations. (Trending: Joe Biden Admits He’s ‘Not Sure’ About Running If Trump Wasn’t)

“Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her,” the lawsuit claims.

“Ms. Doe remembers that Mr. Pierre was sweaty and that she had difficulty breathing,” the lawsuit alleges.

“When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her vagina was in pain.”

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Combs’ lawyer Ben Brafman stated.

“Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

The lawsuit details how the girl was allegedly brought to the studio and assaulted by the men.

The lawsuit also connects Combs to a larger pattern of sexual assault claims.

The lawsuit was filed under a New York City measure called the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which has a two-year “lookback” window for civil claims.

This case is the latest in a series of lawsuits against Combs, including allegations from two other women.
