President Biden’s campaign released a guide for responding to Thanksgiving MAGA claims, but it was criticized for its own misleading information.
The guide claimed that the economy is better under Biden, citing low inflation and cheaper prices for gas, turkey, and eggs.
“Just look at your Thanksgiving costs compared to last year – gas prices: cheaper. Turkey: cheaper. Eggs: cheaper,” the White House said.
However, critics pointed out that gas prices have significantly increased and the cost of a Thanksgiving feast is 30% higher than in 2020.
A recent poll showed that many people believe Biden’s policies have hurt the economy, with 82% stating that their biggest financial stress was price increases.
Critics suggest that Democrats should focus on addressing the nation’s needs rather than attempting to deceive the public.
