Geert Wilders’ Party for Freedom secured an upset victory in the Netherlands’ elections, projected to win 37 seats in the Dutch House of Representatives.

The nationalist party gained traction in opinion polls, advocating for de-Islamization of Europe and restrictions on asylum and immigration.

According to Reuters, Wilders said, “The first thing is a significant restriction on asylum and immigration.”

“We are sick of it, lamented the winner.

“Sick to our stomachs,” he added.

Wilders predicted that, “The Dutch will be No. 1 again.”

“We don’t do that for ourselves, we do that for all Dutch people who voted for us,” promised the Party for Freedom candidate.
