President Joe Biden’s border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, has issued instructions to border guards to use “woke language” and avoid presuming the correct sex and corresponding pronouns for illegal migrants.
This directive disregards biological sex distinctions and prioritizes individuals’ chosen gender identities.

The Oversight Project at the Heritage Foundation posted, “We just obtained [Customs and Border Patrol agency] documents directing personnel to only use woke language when encountering individuals invading the United States,” on X.
Mayorkas has also directed border guards to open the border to more than six million migrants since early 2021.
This pronoun policy reflects a progressive desire to erase cultural, geographic, physical, and biological distinctions, allowing leftists to feel good about assisting migrants despite potential harm to Americans.
Gender activists believe the sex binary is a violent Western construct imposed on the world via colonization.

The policy aligns with a larger progressive agenda that seeks to erase traditional distinctions and denigrate logic, history, civic standards, and argument.
This move is seen as a power grab by elites and governments, denying clarity and common understanding of terms.
According to the watchdog group, the report suggested that officials ask, “I would like to be respectful — what name and pronoun would you like me to use when addressing you”?
The Oversight Project also reported that interviewers were instructed to avoid “What is your sex?” unless it was relevant to a particular situation.
It was also reported that “he” and “she” should be completely avoided until more information can be collected from the person in question.
“All of our rights and freedoms depend on having clear meanings for terms, they depend on having clear understandings of common ideas,” said activist Natasha Chart.
Adding, “And queer theory is the idea that having clear understandings of anything is categorically oppressive,”
