A Navy SEAL, Bryce Henson, is under investigation for potential ties to extremist organizations after being seen with Proud Boys members at parental rights protests.

Henson, also known as Ben Richards, has been vocal against LGBTQ+ indoctrination and Critical Race Theory.

The Navy is examining his involvement with extremist causes and groups, emphasizing that such participation contradicts their core values. (Trending: Jury Reaches Verdict In Paul Pelosi Hammer Case)

Naval Special Warfare reportedly issued a statement stating, “While sailors are always allowed to exercise their rights to freedom of speech and assembly if they follow the law and policy restriction, participation with hate or extremist groups of any kind is contradictory to the core values of the Navy and is not tolerated by [Navy Special Warfare].”

Henson reportedly founded a group called SoCal Parent Advocates, while using the name “Ben Richards”.

SoCal Parent Advocates released a statement that their “message is clear: we are peacefully, legally and effectively exposing hatred, intimidation and violence perpetrated against parents who simply don’t want things hidden from them about their children.”

The parents’ group admitted that Henson was being investigated but that he was, “confident that the investigation will vindicate him of any wrongdoing, demonstrating that he has only been a dedicated and responsible father, and a hero for knowingly assuming risk to help parents under attack.”

Kelly Stuart, a local activist and photojournalist, captured images of Henson at multiple rallies with people that wore the uniform colors and symbols of the Proud Boys.

“He was screaming, ‘Take your mask off, pussies’… [and] calling people pedophiles,” Stuart reported to Military.com.

“When I posted about him on social media, a lot of people came forward and said, ‘This guy harassed me,’ and so a group of people started trying to figure out his identity,” claimed the activist.

Henson previously spoke with the LA Times after leading 150 in a protest against LGBTQ information being taught in schools.

“We believe that there is a radical indoctrination system that has seeped from academia and now into K through 12,” declared the Navy SEAL.

Henson, a parent advocating for increased parental oversight in schools, has been seen at various events, including a Los Angeles rally protesting LGBTQ+ school policies.

The investigation aims to determine if Henson violated Department of Defense policies or the military justice code.
