Documentarian Michael Moore issued a warning to President Biden on CNN, saying his chances of losing the upcoming election are high due to the Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza.
Moore referenced a poll showing 81% of 18-35 year olds disapprove of Biden’s handling of the situation, and that Biden is losing the Arab-American and youth votes, which could cost Democrats Michigan.
“I’d like to speak to one particular individual — and that is President Biden,” Moore said. “I want to say this on your show tonight that his chance of not being reelected, I think, at this point is so great because of those numbers, and because he’s losing the youth vote. He’s lost the Arab-American vote in Michigan.”
Addressing Biden directly, Moore urged an “immediate ceasefire” and said “you can stop the killing tonight.”
He stressed that failing to turn things around will likely result in Trump returning to the White House.
“We need an immediate ceasefire,” he said. “You can stop the killing tonight,” he told Biden.
He added, “We’re going to lose the election. We’re going to lose Michigan if we don’t turn this around. If President Biden doesn’t turn this around, that is going to do more to put Trump back in the white house. And I refuse to have Donald Trump back in the White House.”
Moore previously sounded a similar alarm on his podcast, citing young, unhappy voters who may not vote at all due to Biden’s Gaza stance.
Moore said, “They’re not going to vote for Trump, ever. But they may not vote.”
