Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro is facing contempt of court for defying an order to return presidential records.
The judge warned of consequences if Navarro does not comply by March 21.
“It is clear that Defendant continues to possess Presidential records that have not been produced to their rightful owner, the United States,” U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly wrote.
Navarro is also facing a four-month prison sentence for defying a congressional subpoena related to the Capitol riot investigation.
