Kellye SoRelle, the former general counsel for the far-right Oath Keepers militia group connected to the January 6th Capitol attack, was ordered released from federal custody last week after being found competent to stand trial.

SoRelle faces charges including conspiracy and obstruction related to January 6th.

She had been deemed incompetent and held in a medical center to restore competency, but prosecutors now say she is able to stand trial.

SoRelle had been in a relationship with Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, who received an 18-year sentence for seditious conspiracy related to January 6th.

A follow up hearing in her case is scheduled for next month.
