Russia has reportedly built an 18-mile defensive line using over 2,000 railway cars in an occupied region of Ukraine, according to a Telegram analytics channel.

The purpose of this defensive line is debated, with some suggesting it is for defense against future Ukrainian attacks, while others believe the railway cars may have other purposes.

The construction of major defense systems along the Ukrainian front, including anti-tank ditches and minefields, has been a successful strategy for Russia in withholding Ukrainian advances.

This has made it difficult for Ukrainian forces to break through Russia’s defenses.
