An NFL player in Nevada for the Super Bowl was rumored to have been attacked by a coyote at Lake Las Vegas, with speculation swirling on social media.
However, the Henderson Police Department stated that they had no record of such an incident involving a professional athlete and a coyote.
Despite the rumors, no team or player has confirmed or denied the reports.

The situation was even discussed on “The Pat McAfee Show,” where the host and a guest delved into the possibility and potential reactions to such an encounter.
McAfee said, “I would like to see how this thing was handled with the coyote.”
“I’ve seen them out here in Indiana just jogging down the street. Some of them are the size of a German Shepherd, some of them are a little bit smaller, some of them are a little bit bigger,” he continued.
“Depending on how good of a hunter said coyote is … but they do [look] very kickable,” joked the former NFL kicker.
“Like right in the head if it was to attack you. You got to have those thoughts. … I wonder whichever player was attacked by that coyote kind of did,” he added.
“We would like to hear who it was, and did you protect this house?” he exclaimed.
