President Biden’s January approval rating is at 38 percent, the lowest for an election year in modern polling history.
This places him five points below former President Trump’s rating in January 2020 and nine points lower than former President Obama’s at the same point in their presidencies.
A survey by FiveThirtyEight revealed that Biden has the worst net approval rating in modern U.S. history, with 37.7 percent approval and 55.6 percent disapproval.
