Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s unfavorability rating among Americans has risen to 60 percent, up by nine points in four months, according to CIVIQS polling.

The longer her campaign for the Republican nomination continued, the more Americans soured on her, with only 20 percent viewing her favorably.

Despite spending over $167 million, Haley lost both the Iowa caucus and New Hampshire primaries, leading to the withdrawal of support from donors and a decline in momentum.

“Without a New Hampshire win, she doesn’t have the momentum she needed to win South Carolina,” a political megadonor adviser stated. “And without a lane to South Carolina, she has no chance on Super Tuesday.”

This has put her chances at risk for future primaries, and former President Donald Trump has increased pressure on her donors to withdraw support.

“Anybody that makes a ‘Contribution’ to Birdbrain, from this moment forth, will be permanently barred from the MAGA camp,” Trump wrote.
