Joe Biden expressed anger in South Carolina, repeating the discredited claim that Donald Trump called fallen U.S. soldiers “suckers and losers.”
Biden said, “Donald Trump, when he was Commander-in-Chief, refused to visit a cemetery, US cemetery, outside of Paris for fallen American soldiers.”
“And he referred to those heroes, and I quote, as ‘suckers and losers.’ He actually said that. He said that. How dare he say that? How dare you talk about my son and all of us just like that,” he continued.
A VERY confused Joe Biden starts absolutely SCREAMING as he recounts the recycled "suckers and losers" hoax — slurring the entire way.

Numerous fact-check articles, including one from Snopes, confirmed there is “no evidence of an audio or video recording of the remarks in question, nor was there any documentation, such as transcripts or presidential notes, to independently confirm or deny the alleged quotes’ authenticity.”
Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany debunked the hoax, citing ten sources that refuted the story.
Kayleigh McEnany said, “Ten sources went on the record debunking these lies, eight with first-hand knowledge, stating on the record one common truth: That this story is false. It never happened.”
McEnany continued, “I can attest to the fact that there was a bad weather call in France and that the helicopters were unable to safely make the flight.”
“Overall, the president’s support and respect for our American troops past and present is unquestionable,” added McEnany.

McEnany asked, “Why would a publication abandon all journalistic integrity and publish this story?”
She answered, “It’s because the liberal activists at the Atlantic are uninterested in the truth and only interested in pedaling conspiracy-laden propaganda. Because here is the one truth. No one, and I mean no one, loves and cares for our servicemen and women as much as President Donald J. Trump.”
Biden also made a misleading statement about his son Beau Biden’s death, classifying him as a “fallen American soldier,” despite his passing from brain cancer years after returning from military service.
International security professor Max Abrahms said, “So many anonymous sources in this article.”
“It’s just one after another. Reminds me of journalism leading up to the Iraq war,” he continued.
Biden’s speech was criticized for incoherence and embarrassing moments, including a strange comment about Snickers bars. Additionally, he was accused of lying during his speech.
