Senator Marco Rubio remarked on the potential waste of donor money in the Republican primary race, emphasizing Donald Trump’s inevitable nomination.

He also appeared to mock Nikki Haley’s decision to stay in the presidential race.

Despite Trump’s victory in New Hampshire, Haley plans to compete in South Carolina and Super Tuesday states, targeting non-conservative voters.

“Trump will be the GOP nominee,” Rubio wrote on X.

“What we don’t know yet is how much donor money is going to be wasted over the next month,” he said.

She emphasized her commitment to continue in the race, pointing to the upcoming contests in various states.

“There are dozens of states left to go, and the next one is my sweet state of South Carolina,” Haley said following her New Hampshire loss.
