First lady Jill Biden visited Hunter High School in Utah, leading to an unfortunate association with her stepson Hunter Biden’s past drug issues.
Despite this, she focused on her husband’s achievements and didn’t address the irony.
“President Biden has delivered on his promises to you: from addressing the mental health and academic needs of our students, to passing a bipartisan gun safety law, to loan forgiveness for public servants, including educators,” Jill said.
“We’re all here because we heard the same calling — and we answered it,” she added.
“We answered it because we’re learners — collecting all the wisdom, and art, and insight humanity has to offer.
Meanwhile, Hunter Biden faced questions about his drug use during a recent visit to the U.S. Capitol amidst ongoing legal issues.
