However, a dermatologist suggested that the marks were likely rashes, which could be caused by various factors such as dryness, blisters from activities like golf, lime juice exposure, or other possibilities.
Dr. Joshua Zeichner, an associate professor of dermatology at the Mount Sinai Hospital, said, “Rashes on the hands can be caused by a variety of factors, ranging from infections to inflammatory conditions to external exposures.”
