Nikki Haley stated she would only debate with either Donald Trump or Joe Biden, putting a planned debate in jeopardy.
After coming in third in the Iowa caucuses, she expressed confidence in her campaign ahead of the New Hampshire primary.
“The next debate I do will either be with Donald Trump or with Joe Biden. I look forward to it,” Haley said.
