Donald Trump claimed a third Iowa caucuses win, but it was actually his second, and not the largest victory.

“This is the third time we’ve won, but this is the biggest win,” Trump said.

In 2016, he lost to Ted Cruz and blamed fraud, demanding a new election, though no evidence surfaced.

Cruz criticized Trump’s behavior and judgment, but later endorsed him.

“I don’t know anyone who would be comfortable with someone who behaves this way having his finger on the button,” Cruz said at the time. “I mean, we’re liable to wake up one morning and Donald, if he were president, would have nuked Denmark.”

Ironically, Cruz supported Trump’s unfounded election fraud claims in 2020.
