A massive tunnel was discovered under a building in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights, posing a threat to the Chabad Lubavitch World Headquarters.
The construction led to 10 arrests, with chaotic scenes as Orthodox Jewish men tried to prevent city workers from filling the tunnel with cement.
