A seven-year-old beauty queen, Kynlee, has developed a notable six-pack due to her dedication to gymnastics and a strict diet.
Her mother, Angel, believes Kynlee’s physique is a result of her hard work and genetics.

Angel documents Kynlee’s life on social media, but has faced negative comments regarding her daughter’s physique, which she chooses to ignore.
“She works hard for it, but I do think it has to do with genetics too as three of my other children are also muscular,” mother Angel Heiman said.
“Kynlee and one of her brothers are always competing on who has the better abs.”
“She loves them and is proud of how toned she is. She does lots of ab exercises to keep them prominent.”
“She works so hard for this and is proud of how strong she is. She inspires so many people.”
“Kynlee is so little but so strong. I slept next to her in a hotel recently, and it was like sleeping next to a little brick. She’s solid.”
Kynlee maintains a healthy diet but enjoys occasional treats, and she looks forward to competing in gymnastics competitions and pursuing a career in acting.
“I don’t want to look back and think I had to hide my child because other people couldn’t handle how she looks,” Heiman said.
“She does sometimes receive negative comments about her six-pack on social media, but I delete them or just ignore them. I don’t want to look back and think I had to hide my child because other people couldn’t handle her. She’s an inspiration. I don’t regret sharing pictures of her abs, but sometimes I don’t want to hear everyone else’s opinions on it.”
“She trains hard and is strong, what am I supposed to do about it? She eats very healthily too, which she loves to do,” the mother added. “But she also likes cookies. She’s so active all the time, it doesn’t matter if she has treats. Kynlee can’t wait to start competing in gymnastics competitions now that she is old enough.”
“She’s still very focused on becoming an Olympic gymnast one day, as well as a famous actress when she is older.”
