Former President Barack Obama has expressed concern about the potential return of Donald Trump to the White House and has questioned the structure of President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign.

He believes the campaign needs more autonomy to make decisions without constant approval from the White House.

Obama has suggested that the campaign should have more top-level decision-makers in place or empower the existing team in Delaware.

He proposed that White House advisers focus on policy and events-driven decisions, while the Delaware team runs the campaign.

Additionally, there are concerns about Biden’s slipping polling numbers, particularly with Black voters and among Hispanic voters and voters under 35.
