Gabriel Attal, at 34 years old, has become the youngest and first openly gay Prime Minister of France, appointed by President Macron to revitalize the government.
Attal, a rising figure in French politics, previously served as the Education Minister and is known for his mixed cultural and religious heritage.
The Prime Minister’s role involves handling day-to-day government affairs and acting as a buffer for the President, a position previously held by Élisabeth Borne. (Trending: Clintons Scramble To Delete Embarrassing Photo, But Were Too Slow)

According to the Jewish News, Attal is “Said to be the country’s most popular politician, he is of mixed cultural and religious heritage, with a Jewish father and a Russian Orthodox Christian mother.”
Macron’s government has faced challenges, including using article 49.3 of the constitution to pass bills, which has stirred controversy and led to declining popularity.
Le Pen reported that French people are “tired of this childish ballet of ambitions and egos, they are waiting for a project that puts them back at the heart of public priorities.”
With European Parliament elections approaching, Macron hopes Attal will rejuvenate the government and engage disillusioned voters.
Marine Le Pen, leader of the National Rally, has responded to Attal’s appointment, emphasizing the need for a new public-centered project.
