“Love Is Blind” star Renee Poche is suing Netflix and the show’s production company, Delirium TV, alleging she was pressured to participate and continue her engagement with ex-fiancé Carter Wall despite expressing concerns about his behavior.
The lawsuit cites unlawful employment practices, unfair competition, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Poche claims she was matched with a problematic partner and was forced to proceed with the show. (Trending: Pro Sport Announces Shock Decision On Transgender Athletes)

Renee Poche said, “I felt like a prisoner and had no support when I let Delirium know that I didn’t feel safe. I tried to deal with these emotions over time and eventually felt like I needed to share what had happened. I felt it was only right to let others know the truth of what all of the castmates had to endure.”
Netflix and Delirium TV are seeking $4 million, alleging Poche violated her NDA, which she believes is illegal and unenforceable.
Poche describes the experience as traumatic and hopes to share the truth about what cast members endured.
The creators of “Love Is Blind” have emphasized that participants are not under their control and are free to leave at any time.
