Rashard Mendenhall, a former Super Bowl champion, sparked controversy by proposing an “All-Black vs. All-White bowl” instead of the Pro Bowl and criticizing white NFL analysts.
He expressed frustration with their commentary on football and suggested replacing the Pro Bowl to end such discussions.
Additionally, he criticized the Steelers and coach Mike Tomlin after a recent loss. (Trending: Supreme Court Delivers Historic Ruling on AR-15s)
I’m sick of average white guys commenting on football. Y’all not even good at football. Can we please replace the Pro Bowl with an All-Black vs. All-White bowl so these cats can stop trying to teach me who’s good at football. I’m better than ur goat.

“I’m sick of average white guys commenting on football,” Mendenhall wrote. “Y’all not even good at football.”
“Can we please replace the Pro Bowl with an All-Black vs. All-White bowl so these cats can stop trying to teach me who’s good at football,” he added.
“I’m better than ur goat.”
He went on to say that he couldn’t understand how someone could discuss “Tomlin’s playoff record, without acknowledging that [Steelers QB] Kenny Pickett has only played one year.”
He later jabbed at former Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, saying, “Who was the QB for all those playoff loses?!! Literally all of them. Make up your minds. How you arbitrarily separate Mike & Ben in the [Win/Loss] column?”
Mendenhall’s proposal and criticism received mixed reactions, with some referencing his fumble in a previous Super Bowl.
“I’m sick of average RBs fumbling the ball away in the most important game they’ll ever play but I guess we both won’t get what we want Rashard,” one person pushed back online.
Another wrote, “Racist and fumbled away a Superbowl. Have some shame.”
Yet another added, “If you can’t hold onto the football when it matters most I’d suggest sitting this out.”
