A Harvard Caps/Harris poll indicates that a majority of Democrat voters, along with independents, support prosecuting Hunter Biden for failing to comply with a subpoenaed deposition.

If held in contempt of Congress and convicted, Hunter could face a $100,000 fine and imprisonment.

The poll surveyed 1,500 Americans, with 71% supporting prosecution. Contempt of Congress proceedings were initiated after Hunter failed to appear for the deposition. (Trending: Devastating News For Hunter Biden After Defying Subpoena)

“We will not provide special treatment because his last name is Biden,” James Comer and Jim Jordan wrote.

“As our committees were today prepared to depose Hunter Biden, he chose to make a public statement on Capitol Hill instead where he said his father, Joe Biden was not financially involved in his family’s business dealings.”

The investigation into the Biden family’s financial dealings has also revealed payments received by Joe Biden and other family members from foreign business ventures.
