President Biden is reportedly concerned about polling showing him losing to Trump in a potential 2024 rematch.
Biden and his wife are frustrated by his low approval ratings and trailing Trump, despite some polls showing him tied or slightly ahead.
“He complained that his economic message had done little to move the ball, even as the economy was growing and unemployment was falling,” an inside source stated. (Trending: Obama Reveals His Fear For Joe Ahead Of 2024)
However, recent polls indicate Biden’s approval rating sinking to record lows, with Trump leading in several crucial swing states and gaining support among black Americans.
Political analyst David Axelrod has warned Biden about his sinking approval rating.
“You know, job approval down, ratings generally down, most of the comparatives with Trump … not good,” Axelrod said.
“You know what I worry about … from a Biden standpoint is there are the kinds of things you get when people are starting to rationalize their votes — ‘Oh, look. They’re ready to fire Biden. That’s a problem,’” Axelrod added.
“And they just put out another photo op with the Bidenomics sign next to him. … It’s just unbelievable to me.”
Biden’s support among independents has also dropped to a record low.
