The New York Times edited a key word from Hunter Biden’s statement, altering the meaning to suggest that President Biden had no involvement in his son’s business dealings.
“Let me state as clearly as I can: my family was not financially involved in my business. Not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my business interests at home and abroad. And certainly not as an artist,” Biden said.
The Times then reported on the matter, removing “financially” from the Biden’s statement. (Trending: Dr. Fauci Says the Unthinkable About Going To Church)
This is so bad. @nytimes doctored what Hunter said today, leaving out the key word. Wow.
NYT: “Let me state as clearly as I can: My father was not involved in my business.”

“That wasn’t his quote… It was ‘My father was not *financially involved in my business,’ which is very lawyerly and very different from your quote,” an X user commented.
“But you know all this. But you did it anyway. Because [the New York Times] is DNC propaganda, not journalism.”
“Regime propagandist gives altered quote. Why?” added another.
This contradicts previous claims and comes as investigators have found evidence of Biden family members receiving large payments for unspecified reasons.
Hunter Biden’s refusal to comply with a subpoena led to a press conference where he simply accused Republicans of politically motivated attacks.
Despite this, House Republicans have moved to hold him in contempt of Congress.
