Matthew Perry’s family and friends are honoring his legacy by encouraging donations to The Matthew Perry Foundation, which was created to help people struggling with addiction.
Perry’s cause of death is still pending toxicology results and his friends and family recently gathered to remember him at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills.

“This is not the sort of thing I commonly do, this pitch,” the journalist wrote.
“But this year is different. And tomorrow is Giving Tuesday. Do what you can; he would have been grateful.”
“It is important to us, as a family, to honor Matthew’s legacy,” Perry’s family stated.
“The potential that the Matthew Perry Foundation has to help those suffering from this disease is something we are proud to bring to the world.”
