Parents criticized the “Disney’s The Santa Clauses’ Winter Wonderland” attraction in New York City as a disappointing and frustrating experience, calling it a “tourist trap” and lacking in Disney characters.
They complained about the absence of expected features, including Disney characters and a proper Santa, as well as safety concerns such as a dangerous winter slide that allegedly caused injuries to children.
Some parents also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the attractions and services, such as the synthetic ice rink and the hot chocolate. (Trending: Chilling Surveillance Program Under Biden Exposed)
Kamilla Cohen said said that even with two VIP tickets, “It was a s— show.”
“The whole experience was frustrating,” added the stay at home mother.
“There was nothing Disney inside – no Disney characters, we didn’t see a Disney trademark anywhere,” complained Cohen.
“The pictures online looked so nice that’s why we wanted to go in the first place,” she explained.
“When a business puts a Disney name on it, you expect to see a Disney character,” declared Cohen.
“We expected to see a big guy,” said Cohen about her experience with Santa Claus.
Adding, “I don’t want to insult the man but he was definitely a small Santa.”

“It cracked my back so badly,” said Cohen, after riding the Christmas Slide.
“I probably need a visit to the chiropractor,” predicted Cohen.
“We asked our daughter if she wanted to go again, and she said no, I think she hurt herself. It’s so unusual for her not to go back to a slide,” added Cohen.
