An illegal alien MS-13 gang member, Gustavo Enrique Portillo Aguilar, pleaded guilty to stabbing a man in Loudoun County, Virginia after federal immigration authorities repeatedly failed to deport him.

The stabbing occurred in May of this year, with Portillo Aguilar also pointing a gun at the man and threatening to kill him.

Despite previous arrests and charges, he was never taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and deported from the U.S. He now faces up to 22 years in prison for the stabbing attack. (Trending: Chilling Surveillance Program Under Biden Exposed)

Aguilar was initially charged with abduction, assault, and participation in a gang in connection to a violent crime in 2022, but the charges were eventually dropped.

Aguilar was then reportedly charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a person in the country illegally, and driving without a license after an incident later in the same year.

These charges were also reportedly dropped and Aguilar remained free.

Aguilar now faces a prison sentence up to 22 years for this stabbing.
