Judge Pittman has a history of rulings favorable to conservative causes, including ordering the FDA to release Pfizer vaccine files, blocking Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan, and ruling against a Texas law prohibiting 18- to 20-year-olds from carrying handguns.
