Yemen’s Houthi rebels seized an Israeli-linked cargo ship in the Red Sea, taking over the crew and raising concerns about regional tensions.
The rebels stated they hijacked the ship due to its ties to Israel and warned of targeting other Israeli-linked ships until the end of Israel’s campaign against Gaza’s Hamas rulers.
“All ships belonging to the Israeli enemy or that deal with it will become legitimate targets,” the Houthis stated.
