Rapper Cardi B expressed her frustration on Instagram about budget cuts affecting New York City and criticized President Joe Biden for prioritizing funding for economic migrants over essential services.

She warned of the impact on schools, libraries, and police, and criticized the funding of international wars.

“I’m an angry b—- right now… I need y’all to spread this video, and if something happens to me, it’s because I’m speaking the truth,” said the rapper to her followers.

“In New York, there is a $120 million budget cut in New York that’s going to affect schools, public libraries, and the police department… And a $5 million budget cut in sanitation,” continued Cardi B.

“B—-, we are going to be drowning in f—— rats,” she exclaimed.

“I’m not endorsing no f—— president no more,” promised Cardi B.

“Joe Biden’s talking about, ‘Yeah, we can fund two wars,” mocked the award-winning rapper.

Warning fans, “Y’all [are] doing budget cuts on the biggest city in the United States… This s— is getting out of hand. They don’t want to say the word, but we’re going through a recession right.

“Little by little, it’s gonna go [on] in y’all states,” cautioned the star.

“These leaders, they don’t have our best interests [at heart],” Cardi B said in closing.

“I’m always gonna speak for the people,” vowed the star.

Cardi B also cautioned that the budget cuts in NYC could spread to other states and urged people to pay attention to the world’s current issues.
