Civil cases arguing that former President Donald Trump cannot appear on state ballots under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment are being heard, with some being rejected while others are still pending.
Courts in three states have ruled on these challenges, ultimately allowing Trump to appear on the primary ballots in Minnesota, Michigan, and Colorado.
A Florida judge ruled that she did not have the authority to make decision about the ballot and a New Hampshire judge simply dismissed the case.
A judge has rejected a 14th Amendment challenge to Donald Trump's eligibility.

However, legal experts expect appeals to be made up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
A tracker shows that 31 cases have been filed in 26 states, with several being brought by a little-known Republican candidate who has since dropped some of his lawsuits.
Cases in Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Kansas, Montana, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey, Texas, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin, have not reached a decision or have not been scheduled for a hearing.
