President Joe Biden made comments suggesting that California Governor Gavin Newsom might be better suited for the job of president than himself.

Vice President Kamala Harris has affirmed Biden’s intention to run, dismissing concerns about his age and emphasizing the importance of focusing on the job at hand.
“Joe Biden is very much alive and running for reelection,” Harris said in defense of Biden’s reelection plans.
“I hear from a lot of different people a lot of different things,” confessed Harris.
“But let me just tell you, I’m focused on the job. I truly am,” said the VP.
“Our democracy is on the line, Bill. And frankly, in my head I do not have time for parlor games when we have a president who is running for reelection,” she proclaimed.
