New Hampshire has set its primary date for January 23rd despite the DNC’s decision to make South Carolina the first primary state due to diversity concerns.
New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan criticized the DNC’s move, stating that using racial diversity to rearrange the nominating calendar sets an ugly precedent.
President Biden did not put his name on the New Hampshire primary ballot, anticipating an unsanctioned contest, but his allies are now running a write-in campaign on his behalf. (Trending: ‘The View’ Host Suffers Anti-Trump Meltdown For the Ages)

New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan broke the news this week, criticizing the Democrat National Committee for using “diversity” as an excuse to change the primary schedule.
“Our first-in-the-nation status is now being challenged by the Democratic National Committee due to alleged concerns over lack of racial diversity,” accused Scanlon.
“Using racial diversity as a cudgel in an attempt to rearrange the presidential nominating calendar is an ugly precedent,” he continued.
“At what point does a state become too old or too wealthy, or too educated or too religious to hold an early primary?” asked the NH official.
Scalon slammed the “elites on a national party committee” for manipulating the results by “controlling the nominating calendar or the voters.”
If New Hampshire proceeds with an unsanctioned primary, it could lose half its delegates based on Democratic Party rules passed last year.
