Michelle Obama Is Not Replacing Joe Biden as the Democratic Nominee

via ABC

In the 2024 presidential race, there is speculation among Republicans that Joe Biden may not be the Democratic nominee due to concerns about his health and performance.

Some believe Democrats may replace him with someone else, possibly Michelle Obama.

However, Obama’s office released an official statement confirming that she will not be running for president in 2024. The former first lady has endorsed Joe Biden.

“I think the odds are very significant that next summer at the Democrat[ic] National Convention that the Democrat[ic] Party will jettison Joe Biden and will throw him off the ticket, and they will parachute in instead, Michelle Obama to be their candidate,” Ted Cruz said.

However, the practicality of such a move is highly unlikely, as it would require Biden’s voluntary decision to step aside, and the potential alternatives within the Democratic party have their own limitations.

Despite doubts about Biden’s fitness, the likelihood of a deliberate plan to replace him is disputed, with the reality being that Democrats are moving forward with him as their candidate.
