Huma Abedin, the former chief of staff to Hillary Clinton, was spotted on a date to a New York Knicks playoff game with Alex Soros, the son of billionaire George Soros.
Soros took over his father’s $25 billion global philanthropic empire last year.
He has since been spending time with top Democrats and donated millions to their campaigns.

In March, he posted about campaigning for Arizona Senate candidate Ruben Gallego, who Soros has given thousands to.
“Kicking off campaign season with my co-host [Lin Manuel] for congressman Ruben Gallego’s Senate run in Arizona,” Soros wrote online.
“Ruben has an impressive life story and the stakes of this year’s election couldn’t be higher, they’re existential,” he wrote.
At the Knicks game in April, Soros was said to be on his phone throughout while sitting courtside with Abedin.
Soros’ social media shows pictures with leaders like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi since 2018.
Since then, Soros has poured over $5 million into federal campaigns, with his largest donation being $2 million to Schumer’s Senate Majority PAC.
